Lead A Wellness Class
Volunteer leaders are an integral part of Centralina’s mission in providing various self-management workshops in the community.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!!
As the license holder of these evidence-based workshops Centralina trains, manages and provides needed supplies, marketing support and materials, at no cost to the volunteer. Certified leaders gain skills and help others make changes that positively impact their well-being and health.
